It forced me to step back, refocus, and prioritize my well-being. During this challenge, I discovered a passion for nutrition and health—one that has become a source of strength and empowerment.
I continued to pursue this passion with the goal of supporting my own health and well-being. I completed a Diploma in Nutrition and Culinary Medicine with the International School of Nutritional Medicine, deepening my understanding of how nutrition influences both the progression and management of disease. I learned how food and dietary changes can be used as a powerful therapy to help us take back control of our health and began to think about how I might support others on their health journey.
I am now a certified Health Coach with the College of Naturopathic Nutrition, where I gained in-depth knowledge in holistic health, nutrition, fitness, and stress management. This training reinforced my belief in the power of natural, evidence-based approaches to health and well-being.
My journey into health coaching has been driven by a passion for empowering others to achieve their health goals through a balanced, sustainable lifestyle. With my background in naturopathic nutrition, I understand that true health goes beyond managing symptoms—it's about identifying root causes and nurturing the body, mind, and spirit with nourishing foods, lifestyle habits, and mindful practices.
I now specialise in post-menopausal health and well-being, supporting women in this transformative stage of life. I take a holistic approach, combining nutrition with practical lifestyle strategies to address their post-menopausal health concerns such as weight gain, poor sleep, low energy, mood swings, stress, bone health, and heart health.
What started as a personal journey has now become my passion and purpose. As a health coach, I am committed to helping women to reclaim their health and wellbeing, feel empowered in their choices, and embrace a more vibrant, balanced life.
